The community café space is currently open two days a week. On offer are hot showers and drinks, cakes, homemade soup and jacket potatoes at low cost.
Staffed by the project workers and volunteers, our aim is to create a safe, non judgemental space in which everyone can relax, eat and drink, access the internet, use a computer, read, socialise and make appointments to meet project workers, counsellors or representatives from other organisations in order to discuss issues including; accommodation, health, training or benefit entitlement.
When available we also offer warm bedding, clothing and dog foodThe Community cafe is open from 11am to 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cafe users can book shower, use the internet, eat hot food, phone the benefits office, talk to a prject worker, read the papers, or ask for help.
